Our Melbourne and Singapore based support desks provide responsive email and telephone support to those signed-up to our Annual Maintenance Agreement. We provide first and second line support for products we resell and include options for 8hrsx5days or 24hrsx7days per week access in the Asia Pacific, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and North America.

Registered Annual Maintenance Agreement customers have the option of online log-in access to call ticket tracking and receive updates on product maintenance through the service.
